a.This competition is run by the Ventura Homes PTY LTD Trading as Aussie Living Homes ABN 70093870618 of 426 Scarborough Beach Rd, Osborne Park WA 6017.
b.The competition prize is one Apple iPad 32GB with Wifi, RRP $756. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. One prize only will be awarded. The prize does not include connection to an internet service.
c.This draw will be run from the 1st November 2010 and close at 5pm on the 31st of December 2010.
d.The winner for the draw will be drawn in the 7 business days after the 10th January 2011. The winner will be notified within 7 business days of the draw. The winner for the second draw will be drawn 7 business days after the closing of the second draw. The winner for the second draw will be notified within 7 days of the second draw.
e.The method of determining the winner is via paper draw, where all entries are printed and placed into a barrel and the winner is drawn at random.
f.If the winner chooses not proceed with the prize, Aussie Living Homes reserves the right not to draw another winner.
g.The competition is open to permanent residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over only.
h.Aussie Living Homes may use the winner's name and details for promotional purposes and future promotional purposes in the media without reference to or approval by the winner.
i.Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Aussie Living Homes decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
