Terms & Conditions

   1. The promotion is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 and over excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Ambra Corporation, Sony Pictures Entertainment, their agencies or any other company or persons directly connected with the administration of the promotion. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request.
   2. The promotion period runs from 29.11.2010, at 00:00:01 EST and ends 16.01.2011, at 23:59:59 p.m. EST.
   3. To Enter: simply answer the question and fill in the entry form at www.burlesquelegs.com.au
   4. No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion
   5. Maximum of 1 entry per person.
   6. The winner will be selected by an independent judging panel, at Scoresby, Victoria on 01.02.2011, from all valid entries received by the closing date.
   7. The winner will be informed by email within 10 working days. Please be sure to have provided a current email address so that we can contact you. If the winner does not respond to such notification within 7 days they will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.
   8. The winner will be published in The Australian on Saturday 05.02.2011.
   9. There is one prize to be won, consisting of a trip for two people to New York, including: return flights from nearest Australian Capital City to New York; return airport - hotel transfers; 5 nights hotel accommodation in New York( based on two people sharing 1 room); two tickets to a Broadway production; Dance lesson for two people; travel insurance. All elements are subject to availability at time of booking. Package not to be taken over school/public holidays.
  10. Winners are responsible for: travel to the airport in their capital city; passports; applying for ESTA visa for the USA before travelling; all expenses and incidental costs not expressly stated in the package description above. Winner may be required to supply a credit card when checking into hotel for any incidentals
  11. The prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  12. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made online by such methods as a macros, a script or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the Terms & Conditions, or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any or all of their entries based on such conduct.
  14. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promoter and Sony Pictures Entertainment, their officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion, or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for legal fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, incidental, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
  15. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All instructions form part of the rules.
  16. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries that are not complete or which are lost or delayed through technical fault. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
  17. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of this promotion.
  18. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to the Promoter's use of winner's name, voice, likeness and country of residence for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion, in any media throughout the world, without further payment or consideration.
