1. The winning prize is a bedroom makeover package to the value of $1000. 2. To redeem the prize the winner must provide proof of identity.
3. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offers by Celebration Homes.
4. The competition is open to WA residents only.
5. The competition closes 15 January 2011 and will be drawn the following day.
6. The prize must be redeemed by 15 February 2011. In the event the prize has not been redeemed by the due date then it will be forfeited.
7. The prize cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
8. Celebration Homes may use the winner's name and details in the press, TV media or online for promotional purposes now and in the future without reference to the winner.
9. Entry into this promotion is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. The decision of Celebration Homes shall be final and shall not be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. Celebration Homes reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions associated with this promotion, amend the rules or limit the number of entries by any one person, if considered necessary, without notice.
