Hope Estate Winery and its outdoor concert amphitheatre is a fully catered venue (including spirits) and strictly no B.Y.O food or beverage (including water) is to be brought on-site; this will be enforced by security at entry gates. Free drinking water will be available at the on-site bars. Patrons may bring in empty plastic bottles or plastic or foam cups for this purpose.

Food can be purchased from the food stalls and bars set up on site. Food available ranges from gourmet pies, to restaurant style meals. Gourmet Hampers can be pre ordered through the winery, these must be ordered no later than three days prior to concert date.

Please note that there is eftpos and cashout available at the bars. Everything else onsite is cash only.

Amenities
A general store, located at the back of the 2-Man camping area, will be open between 7am and 1am each day.  A selection of food, groceries and medical supplies will be available from the store.
All campers are invited to join their neighbours for breakfast and late night snacks at the communal area where food and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Additionally for all the revellers who just can’t say goodnight, there will be an exclusive 18+ campers-only bar operating on the festival site each night until 2am.
Male & Female toilet & shower blocks will be located throughout the campsite.
First Aid & Security
Security and Police personnel will be present on the grounds for the entire duration of the event, including overnight.  Additionally, peer group marshals will be at the event to assist you with any enquiries and monitor patron safety
Qualified First Aid staff will be present for the duration of the event and will be located at the back of the non-powered 2-Man camping area or can be contacted through Security or other event staff.
Power
Only camping spots in the 6-Man camping area will have power available to them.  Event staff will be available to discuss power availability with you on arrival or prior to booking.  It is expected that campers in powered areas will supply their own extension cords (up to 30 metres in length will be required, depending on the site position) to plug into the camping ground distribution board.  All extension cords must be tested & tagged as per Electrical Testing Standard AS3760.

Disabled Access
Event customer service staffing will be available to assist disability access between the campsite and the entertainment area where required (and requested to assist).  Patrons are encouraged to contact staff on or go to the CMC website if there are any queries in advance.

Driving & Setting Up
To manage traffic in and out of the grounds, all drivers are required to entere only at the sign-posted entry gate on Broke Rd.  Campers will then be directed to a marshalling point where cars will be registered before being directed to designated camping spots.  Please ensure you have both your festival and camping tickets ready.
Campers who are staying in the non-powered 2-Man camping area will be directed to their allocated area to unload belongings before proceeding to the parking site.
Campers staying in the Caravan & Mobile Home areas of the site will also be directed to their areas by event marshals after registration.
Access maps will be available on the website closer to the festival date.
All camping patrons are allocated a space inside their respective camping area.  For the health, comfort and safety of others, we ask that campers are careful to remain inside their allocated areas and not allow any equipment to venture into their neighbours’ space.
For the safety of everyone, we ask that everyone adhere to the vehicle movement curfews outlined in the Conditions of Entry.
If you anticipate wanting to drive offsite during the weekend, it is encouraged that campers drive into the campsite, set up and then park their cars in the GA parking areas (outside of the campsite) which will not have movement restrictions during the weekend.
Alcohol
The campsite is an alcohol-free zone at all times.
For those patrons who enjoy having a drink or two after the event, Hope Estate has established a bar especially and exclusively for campers which can be found at the top of the site in the building behind the winery amphitheatre.
CMC Rocks the Hunter and Hope Estate will be ensuring the principals and laws relating to the Responsible Service of Alcohol are maintained throughout the site. Any persons who are intoxicated, violent, quarrelsome or disorderly may be removed from the site in accordance with the NSW Liquor Act 2007.
All campers should give careful consideration to the fact they may be required to drive home and remember that alcohol may remain in your blood the day after drinking. Patrons should be aware of the NSW legal blood alcohol limits that apply to their driver’s license.
Go for it, give it a tweet!
