ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to any person resident in Australia. You must be present in Adelaide to claim the "Ride With Your Favourite Team" prize on the 17th Day of January 2011. Employees of Trek or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).

TO ENTER:
Submit your name, post code, email address and phone number via competition page at http://www.trekbikes.com/au/en/general/tdu2011. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Trek reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

TIMING:
This competition runs from 12.00:01am EST on 31st December 2010. The closing date of this competition is 11.59:59am EST on 16th January 2011. Completed entries must reach Trek no later than the closing date.

USE OF DATA:
Personal data which you provide when you enter this competition could be used for future Trek marketing activity.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
The winner will be drawn randomly from entrants and overseen by a panel of three judges on 16th January 2011 at 3:00pm EST at Bicycle Express. The panel of judges will include at least one independent member. The winner will be notified by phone by 5:30pm on 16th January 2011. The winner may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.

PRIZE:
The first prize is a 2011 Trek Madone 5.2 bicycle in the size of the winner's choice. First prize also includes the "Ride With Your Favourite Team" opportunity for the winner and a friend to ride with either Radioshack or Team Luxembourg Project and their superstar athlete's on a supported training ride in Adelaide on 17th January 2011. A runner-up prize will give the second person drawn and their friend the same ride with either Radioshack or Luxembourg (whichever is not chosen by primary winner). One Bontrager prize will also be given each day of the tour Jan 16-23 2011 to a randomly selected person riding a Trek bike or wearing an item of Trek associated clothing and identified on Twitter via the account @TrekBikesAust. Prizes as stated and non-transferable. No cash or other alternatives available. Trek reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will be sent by 28th February 2010.

WINNERS LIST:
The winner consents to their name being made publicly available. The winners' names will be available for a period of 2 months after the closing date by email request.

OTHER:
No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this competition or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Trek's decision shall be final. Trek reserve the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this competition at any time without notice.
