2. Competition opens Wednesday 5th January 2011 and closes Sunday 13th February 2011.
3. To enter, simply purchase any specially marked pack relating to this promotion at JB Hi-Fi, then complete your details on the official entry form provided at
www.stack.net.au.
4. Entrants must retain either their copy or original JB Hi-Fi purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the JB Hi-Fi store or JB Hi-Fi website where the purchase was completed and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
5. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the question.
6. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over only.
7. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, and employees and immediate families of agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
8. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be substantially unique; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
9. The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win two tickets to see the Billy Connolly Live in Sydney Show. If the winner does not reside in Sydney or nearby and requires flights and accommodation in order to attend the Billy Connolly Live in Sydney Show, two return airfares from the nearest capital city to Sydney and accommodation for two in Sydney will also form part of this prize.The Billy Connolly Live in Sydney Show will be performed in March 2011 and the specific date will be confirmed to the winner by the Promoter.
10. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
13. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
14. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
15. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
16. All contestants release from, and indemnify the Promoter and those in conjunction with the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
