Bosisto’s Allergen & DMW Competition 2010
Nature of the competition: A prize offer will appear on neck tags on bottles of Bosisto’s EucoFresh
Allergen Laundry Liquid and Bosisto’s Eucalyptus Dust Mite Wash sold in Coles
and Woolworths supermarkets.
Prize: 5 x $350 Vax and EucoFresh prize packs to be won (see picture below).
Vax and EucoFresh prize pack includes:
• 1 x Vax Vacuum
• 12 months supply of Bosisto’s EucoFresh Allergen Liquid Laundry (12 bottles)
• 12 months supply of Bosisto’s Eucalyptus Dust Mite Wash (6 bottles)
How to enter: Shoppers must purchase a bottle of Bosisto’s EucoFresh Allergen Laundry Liquid
OR Bosisto’s Eucalyptus Dust Mite Wash, fill in their name, address, contact
telephone number and the last four (4) digits of the barcode on the back of the
neck tag and return to FGB Natural Products.

Terms and Conditions: Entry is open to Australian residents except employees and their immediate
families of the Promoter. To enter, entrants must record the last 4 digits of the
barcode of Bosisto’s EucoFresh Allergen Laundry Liquid OR Bosisto’s
Eucalyptus Dust Mite Wash, then complete the entry form on the neck tag and
send to the address PO Box 74, Oakleigh South Vic 3167 by the required closing
date. All valid entires will automatically go in the draw. Promotion commences
01/07/10. Entries close 5pm EST 28/02/11. Draw takes place on 02/03/11 at
12pm at FGB Head Office, 61-81 Clarinda Road, Oakleigh South, Vic 3167.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The first 5
entries drawn will win a $350 Bosisto’s EucoFresh Prize Pack. Winners will be
published on www.fgb.com.au on 02/03/11 and notified by phone and mail on
that date. Unclaimed prize draw will be held on 02/06/11 at 12pm at FGB Head
Office, 61-81 Clarinda Road, Oakleigh South, Vic 3167. The information provided
will not be distributed to third parties or for any purpose other than this
