National Pharmacies is offering members, the opportunity to win a 50" Plasma TV. The Panasonic Viera 50" Full HD Plasma TV (or similar) is valued at $1288 (at JB Hi - Fi).

Entrants must be a financial member of National Pharmacies, fill out an entry form available online at www.nationalpharmacies.com.au.

The competition will start on Wednesday 21st of December 2010 and will go through until Thursday 31st of March 2011.

1. Entry into this draw is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these rules.

3. Entry into this draw is open to National Pharmacies members ONLY, excluding employees and their immediate families of Friendly Society Medical Association Limited and their associated agencies and companies.

4. Only financial National Pharmacies members can enter this competition. To enter, members must fill out all components on the entry form. The form located instore or online at www.nationalpharmacies.com.au by midnight on Thursday 31st of March 2011.

5. Entrants will be put into the draw. One winner will be drawn. The winner will receive one 50" Plasma TV. The Panasonic Viera 50" Full HD Plasma TV (or similar) is valued at $1288 (at JB Hi - Fi).

6. Any additional services and costs involved (such as flights and/or transportation)  must be covered by the prize winner.

7. Subject to availability.

8. The winners will be notified by telephone on Friday 1st of April 2011

9. Prize is not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
