      Entry to the competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents who are registered members of www.peteralexander.com.au.  Employees and contractors of Peter Alexander are not eligible to enter.

   2. How to enter
      To enter, eligible entrants must during the promotional period:
         1. visit the website: http://www.peteralexander.com.au/PA_CreateCompetitionEntry.process?Competition_Id=862
         2. follow the prompts and provide the information requested, including registering as a member of www.peteralexander.com.au if not registered already;
         3. answer in 25 words or less; When and where you first slept with 'Peter'?
         4. submit the entry form so it is received by Peter Alexander before the promotional period closes.

   3. Promotional period
      Promotion commences on Monday 17 January 2011 at 9.00am (Melbourne, Australia, time) and closes on Friday 4 February 2011 at 12 midday (Melbourne, Australia, time). Any entry received by Peter Alexander after the promotional period has closed will be deemed invalid.

   4. Prize
      The prize is:
         1. one Peter Alexander gift voucher for AU$300, valid in Peter Alexander stores or online for one year from the date of issue; and
         2. one Peter Alexander prize pack valued at AU$203.60, comprising 'Frenchie Bag', 2 x Gold Chocolate Coins, Glasshouse Candle, Coin Purse, Bath Bomb, Soap Bar, Body Cream and 2 x Eye masks.

   5. Selection of prize winner
      There will be one prize winner. Peter Alexander will select the prize winner in its sole discretion based on the entrant's answer to the question. Chance will take no part in selection of the winner.  The winner will be selected by Friday 11 February 2011. Peter Alexander's decision regarding the prize winner is final, and no correspondence regarding the outcome will be entered.

   6. Rights in entries
      Entrants must own all rights (including without limitation copyright) in the answer submitted to the competition.  Entries must be free of claims that they infringe third party rights. By submitting the entry, entrants grant to Peter Alexander a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish the answer on the website www.peteralexander.com.au and in Peter Alexander's promotional material throughout the world.

   7. Notification of prize winner
      The prize winner will be notified by telephone (if they have provided their telephone number when registering), otherwise by email.  Prize winner's first name and state will be published on the website www.peteralexander.com.au. If the prize winner selected by Peter Alexander is uncontactable within a reasonable period of time, forfeits the prize, or is in Peter Alexander?s sole opinion ineligible to be the winner, Peter Alexander may select a new winner in its sole discretion.
