Entry Terms and Conditions:

Details of Prizes and Prize Values:
8. Two Platinum Service tickets travelling on the Indian Pacific Perth to Sydney or vice versa
one way. The prize is valued at AUD$6,900.. The value of the prize is accurate
and based upon the recommended retail prices of the prize at the date of printing.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after
that date. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be taken as cash
and are subject to availability. The prize is to be claimed by the person advised to Great
Southern Rail by the Promoter, and the prize cannot be gifted or sold for profit.
The winner (and their travelling companion ) must depart from and return to the same
departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
Winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in. The prizes
must be redeemed prior to 28th Febraury 2012. All ancillary costs including connecting flights/
transportation, accommodation and travel insurance not expressly provided are the

Draw, time and place of draw:
21. The judgement of the winner will take place at Great Southern Rail, 422 King William
Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000 on 28th February 2011 at 12pm (CST).
22. The Promotion will be judged by a panel of judges selected by the Promoter. This is a
game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be
individually judged based on originality and creative merit. The judges’ decision in relation to
all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on all who enter. No correspondence will be
entered into.
23. If a prize remains unclaimed on,15th March 2011, a second chance draw
will be held at 12pm (CST) on, 17th March 2011 at Great Southern Rail,
