The wine is made from fruit from four of the finest vineyards in the Ballarat region, perfectly blended to produce Appellation Ballarat Pinot Noir. These vineyards are 15 years and older with optimal fruit quality. This fruit, combined with the winemaking skills of Owen Latta produce a wine with depth, quality and expertise.

A philosophy of minimal intervention means minimal sulphur additions are used and no filtration is needed.

Our winners will be enjoying wholesome Victorian Pinot Noir, savouring the newly released 2007 Pinot Noir which is at optimal drinking age and has elegant fruit structure, vibrancy and complexity.
