RACV and Sea All Dolphin Swims
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is open to on-line entries only and residents of Victoria aged 18 years or over who are RACV members during the Promotion Period, excluding management, employees and licensees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and their related bodies corporate. 3. All persons who complete all requested information on the entry from and submit an on-line at racv.com.au/travel during the promotion period will be automatically entered into the draw. Only the person whose name appears on the entry will be entered into the draw. There is one on-line entry limit per member.
4. The promotion commences at 00.01 (AEDST) on 1 January 2011 and closes at 23.59 (AEDST) 31 January 2011.
5. There is one (1) family pass (2 adults & 2 children) to “Sea All Dolphin Swims – Swimming Tour” prize (the “prize”) to be won. The voucher has a validity of 12 months from the draw date.
6. The first name drawn that fulfils the competition entry criteria will win the prize.
7. Prize must be redeemed on or before the validity date on the pass, otherwise the prize is forfeit. Prize does not include travel insurance, costs associated with travelling to and from your place of residence, transfer costs, spending money or accommodation.
8. The prize cannot be combined with any other promotion, special offer or coupon.
9. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prize is not transferable to another person or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash.
10. The draw will take place at 10:00am (AEDST) on Tuesday 8 February 2011 at RACV Headquarters, 550 Princes Highway, Noble Park North.
11. The result of the draw is final and winner will be notified by telephone by 14 February 2011 and published on racv.com.au/travel 21 February 2011.
12. The promoters’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoters are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of the acceptance and use of the prize by winner.
13. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
14. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The Promoters reserve the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, and proof of RACV membership in order to claim their prize.
15. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters and which prevents the Promoters from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoters will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoters reserve the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion. Entry details remain the property of the Promoters. The name and photograph of the winners may be used for promotional purposes by the Promoter, except where a winner otherwise notifies the Promoters at the time of accepting their prize.
