Getting ready for uni can include all sorts of things like going to a uni campus by yourself or through school, figuring out how to get to uni, getting your book list sorted, going to a career expo, talking to your teacher/career advisors and whatever else you can think of. 2. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by theseTerms and Conditions.
3. The terms and conditions of this competition are governed bythe laws of the State of Western Australia.
4. The competition is being run by Curtin University of Technology, GPO Box U1987, Perth, Western Australia, 6845("Curtin").
5. The Studentbox competition commences on 8:00am on Wednesday,24 November 2010 Australian Western Standard Time. To enter the competition, the entrant must:
* Be a current year 11 or year 12 student enrolled at a highschool in Western Australia in 2010;

6. The closing date for entering the competition is 11.59pm onFriday, 4 February 2011, Australian Western Standard Time.
7. Entry is free, other than the cost associated with accessing the internet which is the entrant's responsibility.
8. Entrants may only enter the Studentbox competition once. 9. Staff employed by Curtin University of Technology are not eligible to enter this competition.
10. There will be one draw at 10.00am on Monday 7 February 2011,Australian Western Standard Time at the Future Students Centre,Curtin University of Technology, Kent Street, Bentley. The draw will be a random barrel draw from all eligible entries received. There will be three (3) winners drawn from the eligible entries. The first entry drawn from the barrel will be the first (1st) prize winner of the competition, followed bythe second and third entry drawn from the barrel will be the second(2nd) and third (3rd) prize winner of thecompetition.
11. The first (1st) prize winner will win:
* one (1) Apple Macbook Pro - 15 inch: 2.53GHz; Intel Corei5;
* one (1) Microsoft Office Mac 2011 - Home and Student Edition;and
* one (1) $500 Curtin Bookshop Voucher
The second (2nd) prize winner will win:
* one (1) 16GB Apple iPod Touch (2nd generation)and

The third (3rd) prize winner will win:

13. The prize winners will be responsible for all costs associated with using the Apple Macbook Pro and Apple iPod Touch,including but not limited to, electricity, internet, data usage andmaintenance costs.
14. If the prize winners are under the age of 18 years, theprize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian. Thewinner or his or her parent or legal guardian (as the case may be)("Deemed Winner") is responsible for arranging their attendance atthe premises nominated by Curtin University of Technology tocollect the prize.
15. By entering this competition, you agree that you are overthe age of 18 years, or if under 18 years of age, have yourparent's or legal guardian's consent to enter the competition.16.The prize winners must provide photographic ID or any legaldocument, such as a birth certificate, to collect and take receiptof the prize.
17. The prizes are not redeemable for cash or an alternativeprize.
18. The prizes are not transferrable.
19. The competition winner's names will be published on theStudentbox and affiliated websites at the conclusion of the competition. By entering into the competition the winners' agreesto grant Curtin permission to use his/her full name, suburb,Studentbox profile and country on its websites for up to two monthsfollowing the draw.
