1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms & Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Enter the competition by telling us your answer to the question, β€œIn 25 words or less, what is your favourite gluten free product and why?”. One entry per person will be accepted only. If more than one entry is received per person, the first entry received by the Promoter will be eligible to enter the competition. The Promoter is the author of the book My Gluten Free Supermarket Guide which can be found at www.myglutenfreesupermarketguide.com.au.
3. Each original entry must be completed online through the competition link found on www.myglutenfreesupermarketguide.com.au.
4. All entries must include all requested contact details and a 25 words or less answer to be eligible to win.
5. Entry is open to residents of Australia only.
6. The competition closes on 28 February 2011 at 11:59pm AEDT. The winners will be the best valid entries as judged by the judging panel, having regard to skill, creativity and originality.
7. Total prize value is (up to) $74.75. There are 5 My Gluten Free Supermarket Guide books to be given away each valued at $14.95.
8. The winners will be notified by the email address supplied in the competition entry form and their names will be published online at www.myglutenfreesupermarketguide.com.au by 31 March 2011.
9. Prizes will be sent by latest 10 April 2011.
10. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
11. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter will not be liable or responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software or any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur during the draw.
12. All entrants must submit ONLY their own original answers.
13. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to rejudge in the event of an entrant, claiming to be a winner, being unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
15. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining any winner. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Prizes are subject to availability, not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes will be sent to the winner's nominated address as stated in their original entry. The Promoter will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit.
