1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. In some cases, winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult. This will be confirmed by NINETOFIVE Magazine.
3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 6:00AM AEST 31 January 2011 and closes 12AM 2 February 2011.
4. To enter, log on to the NINETOFIVE website and follow the prompts.
5. Prize is a VIP card at Smooch frozen yoghurt bar, Bondi Beach, entitling the winner to a free Smooch frozen yoghurt or signature waffle on a stick, every single day for a whole year after flashing their card. Total prize value is $1500. One (1) prize to be won in total.
6. The competition will be drawn upon closure of the competition.
7. This is a promotion based on skill, with one winner picked based on their answer to the following question of the week: Do you think beaches should allow topless sunbaking? Answers will be judged on the following criteria: humour, creativity and originality of answer.  Winners will be notified by phone. The judge’s decision is final.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
