Join the Yates Garden Club now by selecting the “Join & Enter” button at the bottom of this page, or if you are already a member, select the “Enter Now” button.
Tell us in 25 words or less why your your lawn could do with some help?
Then select the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
There is one entry allowed per household and all entries must be in by 5pm 28th February 2011.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry and entry into the Win a Yates Lawn Care Pack promotion is deemed to be acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.
Promotion commences 1st February 2011 12.00 am local time and entries close at 5pm local time on 28th February 2011, and the draw date is on 8th of March 2011.
Entry is open to Australian residents who are members of the Yates Garden Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
You enter the promotion by writing 25 words or less “Why your your lawn could do with some help?”. Fill out and submit the online entry form.
Entries are limited to one per household.
All valid entries received prior to the close of the promotion will be individually judged by promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter. to be held at Yates Australia, A Division of DuluxGroup Australia Pty Ltd , 1 Gow Street, Padstow NSW 2211 on 8th March 2011.
The 3 best entries will each win a Yates Lawn Care Pack consisting of Yates Lawn Master Lawn Food 4kg, Yates Buffalo Pro Hose-on Weedkiller 2L and Yates LawnSmart All Season Lawn Seed 500g.
All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on the Yates Website and the editing of the answer prior to publication without consultation.
The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
