Win a $300 iTunes voucher
How to enter
To enter so you can win a $300 iTunes voucher, simply answer the question and fill in your
details on the web. Click ‘submit' to send in your entry.
The competition will close on 28 February 2011 and the winner with the correct answer will be
drawn on 2 March 2011.
Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. By entering this
competition the entrants acknowledge and accept that they agree with the terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Western Australian State residents. Employees and immediate family of
the Office of Road Safety and their associated advertising and public relations agencies are
ineligible to enter/win.
3. The Office of Road Safety reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify
any entry. If an entry/prize winner is disqualified another draw will take place as soon as
practicable.
4. Only one entry per person will be valid. Entries must be received prior to closing date on 28
February 2011.
5. The prize is an iTunes voucher valued at AUD$300. The prize is not exchangeable or
redeemable for cash or transferable. It is the responsibility of the prize winners to collect their
prize. Prizes will be awarded to a parent or guardian of winner under the age of 18 years.
6. This competition is not endorsed by Apple.
7. The draw will take place at Marketforce, 1314 Hay Street West Perth WA 6005 at 3pm
Western Standard time on 4 January 2011.
8. The Office of Road Safety shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any liability whatsoever
as a result of entering the promotion or winning the prize.
9. The winner will be notified by email. The prize claimant will need to verify that they are a
Western Australian resident and are 18 years of age or older.
10. Entries via the website will be asked to provide their name and email address.
11. Entrants consent to the Office of Road Safety publishing their name and suburb on the
website. The Office of Road Safety reserves the right to use the winner’s name and photograph
for promotional purposes if required.
12. The Office of Road Safety decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
13. The Office of Road Safety is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries or computer
malfunctions.
14. If the prize is unclaimed by 31 January 2011 the prize will be forfeited and another draw will
take place at Marketforce, 1314 Hay Street West Perth WA.
15. The Office of Road Safety reserves the right to
(a) vary, amend or alter these conditions of entry at any time, or
(b) terminate the promotion at any time.
16. If these conditions of entry are varied or amended they will be posted on the website. If the
promotion is terminated it will be notified on the website.
Entrants must keep themselves informed of any changes to these conditions of entry or the
termination of the promotion.
17. All entries become the property of the Office of Road Safety. Entry details will not be given to
a third party.
