Guardian Pharmacies are helping to fight back-to-school bugs with the release of a free survival guide for parents School Bugs and Other Nasties Parents Survival Guide, available through Guardian Pharmacies nationally.

The 60-page booklet, designed for parents, grandparents and carers of primary school children aged 4 – 12 years old, is the ultimate guide on how to survive all of the bugs that often come with the start of the new school year, with tips and info on nuisances like head lice, chickenpox and worms.

Guardian are giving away 5 prize packs to help you start the school year, including the booklet and other handy school essentials and goodies valued at $40!

To enter, all you have to do is start a new thread (new topic) anywhere on the Bub Club forum and email webmaster@bubclub.com the link and title of your thread, along with your username, first and last name, and postal address (not PO Box). The more times you start a new topic, the more chances you will have to win. You may enter as many times as you like but you can only win one prize per family.

(Newbies: you can start a new thread by using the 'ask a question' on the front page and then come back here and reply to this thread with the title of your new topic).

Once the winner is selected via Random.org, the winner's details will be given to the promotions company for them to ship the item directly to you.

5.Prizes are supplied by third party commercial organisation. Neither Bub Club or the companies involved with the prizes take no responsibility for lost, stolen or misdirected prizes.
6.Entrants agree to give contact information to third party commercial organisation if announced winner so they can post the item.
7.Only one prize is permitted per family.
