Tell us in 25 words or less what your favourite membership benefit is for your chance to win a TiVo Package.

To enter, you must complete in full the online entry form available at www.nationalpharmacies.com.au  or send your details and answer to VHcompetition@fsma.com.au by 27 February 2011and tell us in 25 words or less what your favourite membership benefit is. Two winners will be drawn.

The competition will start on 31 January 2011 and will go through until 27 February 2011

Terms and Conditions:

   1. Entry into this draw is deemed acceptance of and agreement to these rules.
   2. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of the conditions of entry.
   3. Entry into this draw is open to all members residing in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales, excluding employees and their immediate families of Friendly Society Medical Association Limited and their associated agencies and companies.
   4. To enter, you must complete in full the online entry form available at www.nationalpharmacies.com.au or send your details and answer to VHcompetition@fsma.com.au, by Sunday 27 February 2011and tell us in 25 words or less what your favourite membership benefit is.
   5. Only residents of South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales are eligible to enter the draw.
   6. Two winners will be judged based on their answer to the following question: ‘Tell us what your favourite membership benefit is'
   7. The prizes are a TiVo Package valued at $618.95 each. Each package includes a TiVo, a wireless adaptor to connect TiVo to your wireless home network and $50 worth of movie downloads.
   8. Any additional services and costs involved must be covered by the prize winner.
   9. The winners will be drawn on Monday 4 March 2011 at the promoter’s premises: Level 1, 52 Gawler Place, Adelaide SA 5000.
  10. Winners will be notified by telephone and post on Tuesday 5 March 2011. A public notice will be included on the National Pharmacies website (www.nationalpharmacies.com.au) on Wednesday 6 March 2011.
  11.  Prizes are not transferable.
  12. Prizes must be redeemed within 3 months of draw date.
  13.  The promoter is Friendly Society Medical Association Limited ABN 69 088 347 602 of Level 1, 52 Gawler Place, Adelaide South Australia 5000.
  14. If any prize is not claimed within 3 months draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 4 May 2011 subject to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).
  15.  Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and post and on 4 May 2011.
  16. The winner’s release the promoter and other organisers, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize.
  17.  The competition will start at 9:00am Monday 31 January 2011 and will go through until 5pm Sunday 27 February 2011.
  18.  All entries remain the property of the promoter.
