Terms and conditionsYou will be entered into the Tourism Queenslands Sunshine Coast Brand
promotion 2011 by completing the entry form located on the website,
www.sunshinecoastholidays.com.au between 9.00am (AEST) on Thursday
27th January 2011 and 5:00pm (AEST) on Monday 28th February 2011.
Entrants will receive automatic subscription to the Queensland Holidays enewsletter
2. Employees and Directors of Tourism Queensland, or agencies associated
with the promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter
the promotion. Participants must be residents of Australia only. Should a
prize winner be under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to
their parent or legal guardian.

Only one entry per person will be entered into the draw. Participants will
be entered into a random draw for the following prize:(i) Return airfares for four people with Virgin Blue from the winners
nearest Virgin Blue port to the Sunshine Coast.
(ii) Airport shuttle transfers to and from Hyatt Coolum with Sun-air.
(iii) Accommodation at Hyatt Regency Coolum for 4 nights, with a
choice of either of the following:
(a) Family Package:
4 nights in a Lakefront Villa for 2 adults and 2 children
Valid 1 February 2011 to 20 December 2011 (excluding
school holidays all states, Excluding 2011 PGA)
Hot buffet breakfast daily
Golf Clinics each day Monday to Friday
Free Day Time shuttle to Noosa daily
2 camp hyatt sessions for kids under 12

The following conditions apply to the flights:
(i) The flights are non-redeemable for cash.
(ii) Taxes, fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the prize
winner and will need to be paid at time of booking with a credit
card.
(iii) Travel is on confirmed space (i.e. the winner won't be bumped off
the flight) but is still subject to seat availability at the time of
booking.
(iv) Tickets are non transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed).
(v) Blackout periods apply during school holidays (i.e. winner cannot
take these flights during school holidays nationwide) and flights
subject to availability.
(vi) Flights are valid for 6 months from the date of the prize letter (this
expiry will not be extended).
(vii) All bookings need to be made at least 7 days prior to travel.
(viii) Bookings can be made Mon-Fri between 0900 - 1700 on 13 12 70.
(ix) Changes to flight details once booked will incur a $40 change fee
per guest per change.
(x) Virgin Blue's normal terms and conditions of carriage apply
Flights valid to the Sunshine Coast only. Flights are not available
from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast. Therefore, Brisbane
residents, or entrants whose nearest Virgin Blue port is Brisbane,
are not eligible to win this element of the prize.
5. The winner will be selected by random manual draw. The drawing of the
prize will be conducted at Tourism Queensland, Level 10, 30 Makerston
Street, Brisbane on Monday, 7th March 2011 at 10.00am (AEST).
The name of the prize winner will be published on the website,
www.sunshinecoastholidays.com.au following the draw. The winner will
also be notified by email.
6. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash and
is not valid with any other offer. Prize winners will be responsible for all
items of a personal nature and for any travel or accommodation expenses
outside of the prize itinerary.
7. If a prize is not claimed within 21 days of the draw, an unclaimed prize
draw will be conducted immediately.
8. Tourism Queensland accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value
of the prize or any variation in the prize advertised and the prize provided.
The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each entrant releases and indemnifies Tourism Queensland against all
liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or
participation in the promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury
and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable,
due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
9. By claiming a prize, the winner accepts that Tourism Queensland may use
the winners name and likeness for their promotional and publicity
purposes.
