TERMS AND CONDITIONSPS3 3 in 1 Remote Control Competition
Conditions of entry
1.1. Participation in the “Total Control” competition indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of entry set out below. Entries which do not comply with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
2. The Competition is conducted by Bluemouth Interactive Pty Ltd, 1502 / 9 Yarra Street, South Yarra, Victoria, 3141. (Promoter).
3. Entry to the Competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. It is not open to employees of the Promoter and/or members of their immediate families. By entering the competition you represent that you are eligible to enter.
4. The Competition will commence on Monday January 31st 2011 at 9:00am AEST and will close on Monday February 28th 2011 at 11:59pm AEST (Competition Period).
5. Participants (Participants) may enter as many times as they like, providing each entry is unique and submitted on a separate entry form.
6. To enter, participants must log onto
www.bluemouth.com.au and click on the competitions link. Participants must submit their name, age, address, e-mail, contact number and tell us “the two things you’d want to control and why, if you had the chance”
7. All entries received will be judged at the offices of Bluemouth Interactive, 1502 / 9 Yarra Street, South Yarra, Victoria, 3141 on Monday February 28th 2011 between 9am and 12pm AEST. Entries will be judged on creativity, originality and humour and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The declaration of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.
8. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email and/or mail.
9. Five (5) winners will each receive a PS3 3-in-1 Remote control from Bluemouth Interactive. Each prize is valued at 69.95rrp each.
10. The total of prizes on offer are valued at AU $349.75rrp. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash. The value of the prize may be subject to variation and the winner will not be entitled to receive from the Promoter compensation for any variation in prize value. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may provide to the winner another item of equal or greater value.
11. Prizes will be mailed to the winner’s nominated postal address.
12. All entries, and copyright in all entries, will become the property of the Promoter.
13. Neither the Promoter nor its officers, agents, employees or associated companies will be liable for any loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) or damage unless such liability may not be lawfully excluded in which case their liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
