TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This competition is open to Australian residents only, commencing at noon, 14 February 2011. Entries close at noon, 14 March 2011.
2. The promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details form part of these rules. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must reply in accordance with the conditions specified in this promotion.
3. Mozo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with the conditions of entry, the Mozo Answers - Terms of Use or the Mozo Answers - Community Guidelines.
4. The winner will be judged at Mozo Pty Ltd Suite 205, 177 William Street, Darlinghurst NSW, on 16th March 2011.
5. This is a game of skill. The participant who accrues the most points in any given week between the competition's start and end date will deemed a winner.
6. Points will be allocated in accordance with the Answers Earning points and badges guidehttp://mozo.com.au/answers/about For the purpose of the competition, accrued points will be reset at the beginning of each week at Monday noon.
7. Four prizes will be awarded. One prize will be awarded each week for four weeks.

The second week winner will receive 10 movie tickets valued at AU$120.00. Prize is not redeemable for cash. ( Poster Edit: This changes each week)9. The prizewinners will be notified by email within one week after the winner is selected. If a winner cannot take the prize as stipulated or if it is unclaimed, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the second best valid entry.
10. All entries become the property of the promoter and may be used in print and all electronic media. The promoter may use the entries for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final.

12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
