Terms and Conditions
“Recipe of the Month: Favourite Dessert Recipes” Promotion – Conditions of Entry1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the “Recipe of the Month: Favourite Recipes” Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion commences 1 March 2011 at 10:00am AEST
and closes 31st March 2011 at 11.59pm AEST (Promotion Period).3.
Entry is only open to Australian residents who are members of Kleenex Mums. If you are not already a member you can join online at
www.kleenexmums.com.au. Employees who are involved with the administration of this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5. To enter (Entry) the entrant must:
(1) log onto www.kleenexmums.com.au (Kleenex Mums Website);
(2) click on the competition link on the Kleenex Mums Website to enter the Promotion;
(3) complete all the information requested for Entry into the Promotion including:
(a)personal contact information; and
(b) a response to each of the following questions:
(i) recipe name;
(ii) recipe description (in 25 words or less);
(iii) ingredients (including measurements);
(iv) estimated preparation time;
(v) estimated cooking time;
(vi) difficulty level (easy, medium or hard)
(vii) preparation steps/ method;
(viii) uploaded photo of completed recipe; and
(ix) what makes this recipe special to your family (in 25 words or less) (collectively the Recipe Promotion Response).
(4) follow the link in the email sent by the Promoter to confirm Entry into the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period.Judging of Entries
6. All Entries must be the sole original work or idea of the entrant.
7. Entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time the entrant confirms the Entry by following the link in the email sent by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
8. An entrant may enter more than once. However, each Entry must contain a new recipe.
9. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entry.
10. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs/ viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
11. Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will void the entrant’s entry.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entries which do not meet validation criteria or which are not submitted in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
13. All valid Entries received during the Promotion Period will be judged by an independent panel of experts appointed by the Promoter.
14. All valid Entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the Entry, including creativity, novelty, composition, creative merit and originality. The best entry will win the Prize.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
16. The winner will be notified by email on 14 April 2011. The winner‘s name will be published on the Kleenex Mums website by 21 April 2011 and in The Australian on 27 April 2011.
17. If the prize is not claimed by 19 August 2011, the winner will forfeit his or her prize. The Promoter may award a forfeited prize to the next-best entry as determined by the panel of writer experts appointed by the Promoter. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified by email on 22 August 2011. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be published on the Kleenex Mums website by 25 August 2011 and in The Australian on 29 August 2011.
Prize

The Prize consists of one (1) KitchenAid Artisan Mixer. The winner will be able to choose the colour of the Prize dependant on stock availability
19. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $795. The value of the Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
20. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by the winner (except as expressly stated in the Conditions of Entry). The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where the Prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
General
21. All tax liability arising as a result of accepting the Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
22. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Promotion or receiving, taking or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
23. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the Conditions of Entry.
24. If any act or omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
25. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.
26. By entering this Promotion, you grant the Promoter an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use and exploit your response to the Recipe Promotion Response by all means whatsoever (including, without limitation, in print and electronic format). In addition, you consent to the Promoter and the Promoter’s related body corporates and agents infringing your moral rights in your response to the Recipe Promotion Response for an indefinite period of time by:
(1) not naming you as the author of your response to the Recipe Promotion Response; and
(2) amending or modifying (whether by changing, adding to or deleting/removing) any part of your response to the Recipe Promotion Response.
27. The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name, voice, image and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without additional compensation.
28. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Promotion, the entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter’s privacy policy (which is available on request). By entering into this Promotion, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
