PRIZES
Thousands of dollars of hair styling and hair care products are up for grabs!
The winner will become the face of John Brennan Hair for a year.
Your face will appear in JBH salons as well as appropriate marketing programs. You will also receive a professional photo shoot as a platform to start your modelling career as well as FREE hair styling all year and a choice of hair care products.
Three runners up will receive FREE hair styling all year and a choice of hair care products.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Your personal details will not be made available to any third party organizers.
2. Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these conditions of entry.
3. Employees and the immediate families of John Brennan Franchising Pty Ltd, their respective franchisees and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter/ win. Entry is open to all member of the Australian public over 18 years of age.
4. The competition commences on the 21st February 2011 and closes 5pm 3rd April 2011.
5. To enter the promotion you simply need to send a clear headshot to
jbface@jbhair.com.au or text an image to 0400 807 807 with your full name and contact details.
6. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
7. There will be 3 runners up who will each receive $1500 worth of services to be used at any John Brennan salon (with a maximum of $250 worth of retail items). This voucher will be valid for one year from date of issue. This voucher can be used in the salon of your choice however you must spend the entire amount in the same salon.
8. The winner and runners up will be announced on 27th June 2011.
9. The winner will receive a photoshoot with John Brennan Hair and will be the FACE of John Brennan Hair for 1 year. They will also receive $2500 worth of services in the John Brennan Hair salon of their choice (with a maximum of $500 to be spent on retail).
10. The runners up and winner will be selected by a panel of judges.
11. The runners up and winner will be notified by phone and in writing.
12. The prize must be taken as stated, it is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any part of a prize that is not taken for any reason will be forfeited.
13. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/ or its prizes.
