RaboDirect Win Weary Dunlop tickets to Rebels vs. Hurricanes Competition (“the Competition”) - Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
2. The promoter is RaboDirect, a division of Rabobank Australia Limited, Level 16 Darling Park Tower 3, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000, ABN 50 001 621 129, Tel.: 1800 445 445 (“Promoter” or “RaboDirect”).
3. The Competition commences at 11.00 am Tuesday 22 March and closes at 16.00 on Tuesday 22 March 2011 (“Competition Period”). All times and dates are times and dates in Melbourne. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock.
4. Entry into the Competition is open during the Competition Period for individuals who satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
(a) are over 18 years old;
(b) are a resident of Victoria;
(c) are not an employee or director of the Promoter or its related entities, or part of the immediate families of such employee or director;
(d) have not previously won any prizes in any previous RaboDirect Rebels promotion or competition; and
(e) who during the Competition Period sends an email to
rabodirectrebels@rabobank.com which contains the entrant’s mobile telephone number, DOB & State and the correct answer to the question.
5. There are two prizes, each consisting of: (i) two (2) ‘Weary Dunlop area’ tickets to the RaboDirect Rebels vs. Hurricanes match at AAMI Park, Melbourne on 25 February 2011; (ii) one (1) scarf; (iii) one (1) hat; and (iv) access to a private presentation by the RaboDirect Rebels coach, and/or one of the RaboDirect Rebels players (“Prize”). The maximum total Prize value is $1000. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
6. The first two correct and complete entries received by the Promoter after the commencement of Competition Period will each win a Prize. This Competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
7. Winners will be notified by telephone on Wednesday 23 March 2011.
8. Important conditions regarding the Prize:
(a) Prizes must be collected at the RaboDirect membership stand on the main concourse of AAMI Park on 25 March 2011. Further details regarding Prize collection will be advised to each Winner;
(b) Transport and accommodation are not included;
(c) It is a condition of entry to the Weary Dunlop area at the match that neat, smart casual attire be worn at all times. No revealing, unclean or untidy clothing or footwear is permitted, and men must wear a collared shirt and closed shoes. (d) Alcohol is not included, and responsible consumption of alcohol is expected inside the Weary Dunlop area.
9. If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or terminate this Competition or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsiblefor any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this Competition if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
11. Each entrant consents to the personal information given on the Competition webpage being disclosed to companies related to the Promoter, and being used for running this Competition and for research and marketing purposes, (including marketing by electronic means).
