TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, WA & QLD residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Entry is only open to residents of Australia only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. Entrants must register as a member of the Hoyts Movie Club by following the relevant links.
5. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Only one entry per person permitted.
7. Promotion commences on 24/03/2011. Entries close 11.59pm AEST on 06/04/2011. Winners will be notified by mail. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. To enter this competition, entrants must answer a 25 word or less competition question to qualify and be entered into the draw to win a prize(s).
9. This competition is a game of skill. The best 15 valid entries judged by Hoyts Corporation as the best/most creative entries, will win a prize. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The first fifteen (15) valid entry will win: 1 x Play-Doh Cake Maker Play set RRP $29.99 1 x 12 Pack Play-Doh RRP $24.99 1 x Hoyts Jnr Admit 2 RRP $13.00 1 x poster RRP $10
11. Total prize pool: $1,169.70.
12. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
13. Prize(s) are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services and cannot be taken in parts.
14. Winner(s) will be notified immediately in writing; via email.
15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
16. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
17. Personal information on this form is being collected by Hoyts Cinemas Limited for the purpose of this competition and will not be used for any other purpose nor disclosed to any other person. By completing this form, you consent to Hoyts Cinemas Limited using your personal information for this purpose. If you choose not to provide the information requested, you will be ineligible for the prize.
