Terms and Conditions:
1. Instructions on how to claim the offer form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
2. The time of the lucky draw is between 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on 3rd June 2011, Level 10 Tower B 821 Pacific Hwy Chatswood NSW 2067. In case of cancelling or changing of the plan, the lucky draw may be withdrawn or rescheduled. The Lottery date starts on 25th March 2011.
3. Claims are open to all the users of new phone cards ("Asia First" and "True Time"). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to participate.
4. There will only be four (4) winners in the lucky draw, who will be promptly notified in the following ways: 1) through the TelPacific website.
http://telpacific.com.au. 2) Via Asia magazine. If the winner does not claim the within 3 months, they will be considered to have forfeited their prize.
5. The total retail value of the Prize amounts up to $7000.00, which is comprised of the following:
(1) winners of the 1st prize will be award 2* return ticket (base on off-peak season) to capital city of India/ China/Vietnam valued up to $4000.00.
(2) winners of 2nd prize will get one iPad2 (32 GB WIFI + 3G) valued up to $1000.00 each.

6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. The Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a gift to the equal value and/or specification.
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate is subject to any of the written directions.
10. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
