1. Entry into the 'Accommodation Brisbane City Competition' shall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.2. The Promoter is Wicked Brew Coffee Pty Ltd, ABN 19132203984 of 4 Dollery Road, Capalaba, Qld 4157. 3. The Competition commences from 17/02/11 and closes midnight 15/04/11 (Qld time)4. Entry is open to Queensland residents. Directors and employees of Wicked Brew Coffee and their immediate families (including spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same house) are not eligible to enter.5. Entry is open to consumers of all ages, however, if a winner is under 18 years of age at the time of the prize draw, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or legal guardian.6. To enter, eligible participants are required to make a purchase (no minimum value) between 17/02/11 and 15/04/11 at Wicked Brew Coffee Drive Thru Capalaba or Wicked Brew Coffee iShop.7. Entrants must then visit the website
www.wickedbrewcoffee.com.au , click the link "Win Accommodation here" and fill in the entry form. Entrants must fill out all details required on the entry form, including their full name, contact phone number, address, and the details of their purchase value of the sale and the tax invoice number listed on the receipt. (Zero value tax invoice amounts will not be counted) To claim the prize, the original receipt or invoice must be shown to validate your entry submission.8. Participants may submit more than one entry, but not more than one per day, provided each entry corresponds to a different purchase with a unique tax invoice number. 9. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of delivery to the Promoter. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who participates in a manner not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry.11. The personal information submitted in an entry is collected by the Promoter and will be used for the purpose of conducting the Competition. Personal information supplied by entrants may be used for future marketing.12. The Prize consists of 2 nights accommodation in either #1 or #2 Mezzanine Valley Apartment, St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley for maximum 4 guests. Prize is worth up to $310.00 The prize is to be used within 6 months of the winner being announced.
13. Prize must be redeemed via
www.accommodationbrisbanecity.com and to be used at either #1 or #2 Mezzanine Valley Apartments. Bookings should be made in advance to avoid disappointment as prize is subject to availability.
14. Additional spending money, meals, insurance, travel to and from and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
15. The winner must provide a bond of $250 at check-in to comply with Accommodation Brisbane City Terms and Conditions.16. Prizes and components of prizes are not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.17. The draw will take place at Wicked Brew Coffee, 4 Dollery Road, Capalaba, Qld 4157 on 16/4/11 at 1.00pm. The winner will be randomly drawn by computer selection from valid entries. Entries that are incomplete or invalid will be excluded from the draw.18. The winner will be notified by mail and email.
19. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the awarding of the prize. The prize is awarded at the Promoter's discretion.20. Winners may be offered the opportunity to collect their prize at Wicked Brew Coffee Drive Thru. In this event, the winner will be required to collect their prize within 28 days of the draw.21. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and/or residency at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim a prize.
22. If for any reason the winner does not claim the prize by the 21/5/11 then the prize will be forfeited. An unclaimed prize draw may take place on 22/5/11 at the same time and place as the original draw.
23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, image and likeness in the event they are the winner (including photograph, filming and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including the outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or its related companies.24. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned as a result of any (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, mobile network failure, technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to extend the duration of the competition, and also to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.25. By entering this Competition, each entrant accepts full responsibility for the decision to participate in the Competition and take the prize should he/she be selected as a winner. The winner releases the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents, employees and suppliers (the "Released Parties") from all liability, loss and damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, any prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the Released Parties will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.26. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.
