.    Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.

2.  The Promoter is Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd. ABN 88052528202

3.  The promotional period begins 22 March 2011 at 00:01 AEST and closes at 22 May 2011 11.59pm AEST.

4.  Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia. Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd employees and their immediate families are excluded from entry.

6.  The prize winner will be selected by random draw at Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd, 293 Camberwell Road, Camberwell VIC 3124. The winner will be drawn on Friday 27th May 2011 at 12.00pm and will be notified by email no later than Friday 3rd June 2011.   

7.  There is one prize to win “A year’s supply of bread”. The prize is a voucher valued at $1000 inclusive of GST. 

8.  The voucher is valid for 12 months after the issue date.

9.  Prize cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or sold. In the event a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of prize.

10.   Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.

11.In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize must be collected by their parent or legal guardian aged 21 years and over.

12.   Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

13.   By entering this promotion you accept that Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd will be capturing profile information including email address in order to contact the winner.

14.   Bakers Delight Holdings Ltd reserves the right to moderate all entries and remove any entries considered to be of an offensive or defamatory nature.

15.   Entries will become the property of the promoter.

16.   If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), and state permit regulation.

17.   In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.

18.   Should the remaining funds on the voucher be less than the required amount for the final transaction, the voucher holder would need to pay the remaining difference.

19.   Winners name to be published on the Bakers Delight SportingPulse page. http://bakersdelightcomau.ozstaging.com/OurCommunity/SportingPulse/ClubCard/  This will be done on 30 May 2011.

20.  Maximum purchase amount $30 per day.
