Online Club 2011 Promotion
1. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion commences at 9am Tuesday 12 April 2011 and concludes at 11.59pm Saturday 30 April 2011 (“Promotional Period.
3. The Promoter is Indooroopilly Property Management Pty Ltd ABN 94 144 809 174, Centre Management Office, Level 5, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, 322 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly, Queensland 4068.
4. Entrants must sign up to the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Online Club at
www.indooroopillyshopping.com.au during the Promotional Period. All required fields must be entered.
5. The prize consists of four (4) high tea experiences at Shingle Inn, Level 1, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre valued at $107.27. There will only be one winner. The winner will receive four (4) high tea experiences to share with three friends.
6. Entrants can only enter once.
7. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 15 years and over. Employees of The Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
8. The winner will be chosen via a random draw at Centre Management, Level 5 Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, 322 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly, Queensland 4068.
9. The winners of the prize will be notified via phone or email within 3 days of the end of the competition. The winners name may be published on the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Facebook page and at
www.indooroopillyshopping.com.au.
10. The prize must be collected from the Centre Management office at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre at an agreed date. Failure to collect the prize within three (3) months time of the conclusion of the competition will result in the prize being forfeited.
11. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
12. The winner will be required to provide proof of identity on acceptance of the prize.
13. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of entering the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Online Club competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to the competition to any person.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.
16. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
17. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
