After 75 years, the iconic tales of Babar get a 21st century update in Babar and the Adventures of Badou. Set in Celesteville, this 3-D animated series centres around Babar's 8-year-old grandson Badou as he grows up. Badou is a one-elephant stampede, bursting with a sense of adventure. He has inherited his grandfathers daring spirit; often plunging into the unknown with nieve confidence. Of course, King Babar is never far away to guide him. This new series introduces viewers to new characters including Badous friends, Chiku the monkey (Zephir's daughter), Monroe the porcupine, Zawadi the zebra and Jake the fox.
