For every $200 you raise, you get an entry into the draw. The more you raise, the more entries you receive and chances to WIN! To register complete this registration form and send through to SIDS and Kids ACT no later than COB Friday, June 17, 2011.
2011 SIDS and Kids ACT Region Colour Me Red Kids Competition terms and conditions: ELIGIBILITY – 1.1: Registration is open to SIDS and Kids ACT Region early childhood learning centres, day care centres, playgroups, pre-schools, primary and high schools, and colleges. 1.2: Registration is per centre/school/college located at the one address. Family Day Care schemes are eligible to enter. 1.3: To be in the running to win the $1,000.00 Educational Experience prize each registered organisation must raise $200+ from Red Nose Day fundraising . 1.4: Every $200 raised = 1 x entry into the random draw to win. 1.5: The total amount raised must be paid to SIDS and Kids ACT Region before COB Friday, July 8, 2011 (details on how to make your payment will be distributed once your registration form has been received by SIDS and Kids ACT Region). 1.6: Educational Experience specialises in the supply of trusted and innovative educational products to pre-schools, childcare centres and schools throughout Australia. ABN 92 077 528 259. 2.2: Each registration form must be completed and legible. Entries not submitted on the official entry form (original, copy or downloaded version) will not be eligible. 2.3: The competition commences Monday, May 2, 2011. 2.4: Completed registration forms can be: hand-delivered, posted, faxed or emailed to SIDS and Kids ACT Region by close of business on June 17, 2011. 2.5: Postal entries must be postmarked on or before the close date Friday, June 17, 2011. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 2.6: Registration forms can be downloaded at
www.sidsandkids.org/act (follow the Red Nose Day links or call 02 6287 4255). 2.7: SIDS and Kids ACT Region reserve the right to request that entrants provide proof of identity/verification of their child caring facility/status. 2.8: SIDS and Kids ACT Region will from time to time make contact with you with regards to our services, events and fundraising activities. All registrations become the property of SIDS and Kids ACT Region and will be entered into our database. 2.9: Personal contact information of entrants will not be released to the public. WINNERS – 3.1: The winners will be drawn at 11am on Monday, July 11, 2011 at the SIDS and Kids ACT office, Unit 10/91 Eggleston Crescent, Chifley ACT 2611. 3.2: The winners will be notified by letter or phone before Tuesday, July 12, 2011. 3.3: SIDS and Kids ACT Region will advertise the winner of the 2011 SIDS and Kids ACT Region Colour Me Red Kids Competition in The Canberra Times on Friday, July 15, 2011. 3.4: Winners have until October 14, 2011 to claim their prize. If the prize is unclaimed a re-draw will take place on Monday, October 17, 2011 at 3pm at SIDS and Kids ACT office at Unit 10/91 Eggleston Crescent, Chifley ACT 2606. 3.5: Winners have until close of business on Friday, December 23, 2011 to use their $1000 Educational Experience voucher.
