By enterting tho competition, the entrant will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms outlined in the Competiton Disclaimer.
The prize is 1 Apple iPad valued at approximately $620.00. The winner will be notified by email and listed on the RYDA website.
Here's what to do:
Open your favorite computer graphics program, such as Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop. If you do not have a professional program, Microsoft Paint will work.
Start a new project by selecting "File" and then "New" from the menu. This task is done the same way in most graphic programs. For your new project, set the size 12 inches (w) by 3 inches (h) and the resolution at 150ppi.
Design your bumper sticker with the tools in your graphics program. You might use the text tool to write something, or the paintbrush tool to design something from scratch. Your bumper sticker should promote a positive road safety message taken from any or all of the six sessions of the RYDA Program.
Save your project as a jpeg, preserving high print quality and email as per above instructions.
If you would rather draw or paint your bumper sticker, do so using the same 12 x 3 inch dimensions. Scan your project at 150ppi and save as a jpeg.
Entries open for students who have attended the RYDA Program from 1st February 2011 and onwards and close at 12:00pm on 15th December 2011. The promotion will be drawn at the RYDA National Office (North Ryde) and the winner will be advised by email and listed on the website.
