Terms and ConditionsPrizes•Council of International Educational Exchange (CIEE) and Student Placement Australia New Zealand and are giving away 6 free places on the Work and Travel USA 12 month program worth AU$1850 each.
•Inclusions and exclusions are listed here.
•Winners must commence on their program within 12 months of winning their prize. No extensions will be allowed.
•Winning entries are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or be applied against other programs.
Draw•The draw will take place on the last business day of each month in April, May, June, July, August and September 2011.
•Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries with the correct response to the question.
•Winners will be notified by phone and email and details posted on our web site.
Eligibility•To be eligible to enter the draw you must meet the eligibility criteria for the Work & Travel USA program as detailed on our website.
•Ineligible entries (i.e. if you are not a full time student or recent graduate or if you are not an Australian or New Zealand citizen) will be excluded from the draw.
•You may enter each monthly draw only once. Your entry will remain valid only for the current month draw entered.
•You may re-enter the draw each month. Multiple entries will be excluded.
•Employees of Student Placement Australia New Zealand Ltd and CIEE are not eligible to enter.
Applications must be submitted at least 2 months prior to your planned departure date.
Applying for Work and Travel USA is easy. Just follow these steps: Step 1 - Complete an application form. You can download an application form here:

Step 2 - Send us your completed application, together with a copy of your passport ID page and your $250 deposit.
Step 3 - Assuming you meet all eligibility criteria we will confirm your participation on the program and invoice you for the balance of the program fee which is payable on receipt.
Step 4 - Once your application has been approved by CIEE we will supply you with your DS-2019 form and other forms that are needed for your interview at the US Consulate.
Step 5 - Attend your interview at the US Consulate and obtain your J-1 visa in your passport.
Step 6 - Book your flight as soon as you have your J-1 visa.
Step 7 - Depart on an adventure of a lifetime!
