2. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept these conditions of entry.

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and of the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

The promotion commences on 1/12/2010 and closes 11:59pm AEDST on 30/11/2011 (“the Promotional Period”) with one Grand Prize to be won in each of the following months: February 2011, May 2011, August 2011 and November 2011. 5.
To enter, entrants must offer a unique recipe of their own creation. To be eligble for the prize in any month, an entry must be submitted by email to recipes@hakubaku.com.au This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it by 11:59pm AEDST on the last day of that month.

Only one entry per person is permitted each month. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
7. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
8. Judging will take place at Hakubaku Australia Pty Ltd, 7 Waringa Drive Wendouree VIC 3355 on the 5th working day after the end of each month of the promotional period. Entries will be judged by The Promoter based on, amongst other things, ease of making, suitability for publishing on website, originality, reference to seasonal produce and use of Hakubaku Product. The best valid entry as determined by or on behalf of The Promoter will win the Grand Prize. In addition to the Grand Prize there will be up to six Merit Awards. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to choose judges it feels best form a panel to assess each of the recipes submitted.
10. The prizes are as follows:
* Grand Prize: The Hakubaku Ultimate Hamper including: 6 Packets of each of every variety of Noodles in the Hakubaku Organic Range and a $50 voucher to buy fresh ingredients from a local supermarket nominated by the Promoter.
* Merit Awards: 1 packet of each of the varieties of noodles manufactured by Hakubaku Australia Pty Ltd
* Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
11. The prize winners will be notified by email at the email address from which the entry was received. If a winner cannot take the Prize as stipulated or if it is unclaimed, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the second best valid entry.
12. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
13. The prize winners must at the Promoter’s request, participate in any marketing and promotional activity in relation to winning the prize, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter using their name and image in such promotional material.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age and identity prior to awarding any prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
16. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to this promotion or the acceptance of any prizes (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case it will be excluded so far is allowable by law.
17. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. Any personal information collected will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Personal information may be disclosed to contractors and agents assisting with this promotion or to communicate with entrants.
