Thanks to Swimming WA and PerthNow, ChillOut! is offering one lucky reader the ultimate swimming training session for your school, club or community group with a member of the Australian swimming team, The Telstra Dolphins, and Swimming WA Performance and Development Coach, Terry Lalor.
Terry is a former international swimmer and Silver ASCTA Coach for 10 years. Terry and a Telstra Dolphin will come to your school and run a 2-hour coaching clinic for a group of up to 30 students, running them through the skills and techniques needed to compete as an elite athlete. Each participant will also receive a Swimming WA swimmer's pack and access to other exclusive deals with Swimming WA.

SWIMMING WA COMPETITION 1. Entry and other instructions contained within this promotion form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Employees, directors, officers, management and immediate families of Nationwide News, and the associated company providing the prize are ineligible to enter. Immediate family is deemed to be siblings, parents, children, and family living under the same roof.

Competition commences on Friday, April 29 at 12.00 noon (AWST) and closes Friday, May 6, 2011 at 12.00 noon (AWST). Entries must be received before the closing time and date.

How to enter: Readers must visit www.perthnow.com.au during the promotional period and upload an image of themselves either swimming, participating in a swimming event or with their swimming club etc. Only one entry per person is allowed. Any entrant found entering more than once will be disqualified. Winners will be contacted by telephone by a member of The Sunday Times.
6. Winners must take the prizes as offered. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner consent to the use of their image for promotional purposes associated with the promotion, without compensation. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical state to be able to safely participate (or continue to participate) in the prize.
7. Swimming WA performance and Development coach Terry Lalor, and a member of the Australian Swimming team, The Telstra Dolphins, will visit your school, club or community group for a 2-hour coaching clinic.
The clinic will be run for a group of up to 30 students with participants being taken through a series of skills and techniques. The winners will receive a Swimming WA swimmer’s pack and access to other exclusive deals with Swimming WA.
8. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Tickets are strictly non-transferrable.
9. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or misdirected prizes.
10. Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter/s. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Neither the Promoter, the company providing the prize or associated bodies will be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to this promotion or the acceptance of any prizes (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence).
