Duration of Contest:
The contest starts from 20th April 2011 and shall be valid till 6th May 2011 Noon IST.
Who can Participate?
Male/Female of any age group from any part of world can participate in this contest.
Contestant must be our fan on Facebook or follower on Twitter or any other social networking website.
How to Participate?
1.Email us your poem/quotes along with your name and contact number to
contest@fnp.com2.You may also submit us poems or quotes written by somebody else along with writer/poets name and can still win the contest. Maximum word limit is 300 words.
3.There will be 3 winners winning the flowers for their MOM during the term of the contest.
4.The winner shall get a beautiful flower bouquet and the same shall not be transferable or cannot be exchanged or cannot be claimed in cash.
5.The name of the winner shall be announced on 8th May, on our website & social media communications like facebook/twitter etc.
6.The Flowers shall reach the winners desired place (within India only) on 8th of May.
7.We will also publish the winners name along with his/her picture & his/her Mother’s picture (after receiving from winners) on our website and in all our social media communications.
Terms & Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions. By proceeding for participating in the contest, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
•The contest is open from 20th April 2011 and shall be valid till 6th May 2011 Noon IST.
•Selection of the winner will be done by Ferns ‘N’ Petals. No explanation or justification will be provided for the selection of winner. Decision of Ferns ‘N’ Petals shall be final.
•The Winner may be announced through Ferns ‘N’ Petals Facebook page, And/or through any other manner, which shall be available for a limited period only, as Organizers may deem appropriate.
•The reward will not be replaced if damaged either in transit or on receipt by the winner. However, efforts will be made to ensure that the rewards will be handled with necessary care and caution.
•On announcement of the winner, the winner will be required to provide his/her shipping address immediately after receiving the information about his/her winning the competition. The organizer reserves the right to replace the winner in case of no receipt of said information from the winner within 24 hours of being contacted by an email / through facebook. No request to ship gifts outside India shall be entertained.
•The gift is non transferable, non-negotiable, non-encashable and non assignable in the name of any other person.
•Participants from anywhere in the world can participate but flower delivery will take place in India only on the given address by the winner.
•By participating in the competition, you implicitly give your consent to receiving emailers on such/similar competitions from Ferns “N’ Petals. If the participant wishes to stop receiving the emailer, he/she should unsubscribe from the option that may be given on the emailer itself.
•We have rights to publish the winners name along with his/her picture & his/her Mother’s picture (after receiving from winners) on our website and in all our social media communications.
•The Organisers reserve the right to change / modify the contest or terms and conditions at any time at its own discretion, without assigning any reason. Before the expiration of the last date of the competition the Organisers shall have the right to suspend this competition.
•Participants hereby represent to Ferns ‘N’ Petals that the entry and its contents are not in violation of any law, morality and social / public conscience etc. and further the said caption and its contents are not derogatory, defamatory, inflammatory and violation of privacy and / or intellectual property rights.
•In case of any dispute or difference in respect or in connection with the Ferns N Petals, the decision of Ferns N Petals shall be final and binding on all concerned.
•Ferns N Petals or its authorized representative, reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant into the contest who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry into contest.
•Participation in this contest implies acceptance to all the terms and conditions of the contest mentioned herein.
