Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutesacceptance of these terms and conditions. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Family Radio Limited includes all related and subsidiary companies, past, present and future officers, agents,representatives, employees and assigns.
2. Entry Requirements
Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years or over. Competitionsare not open to: i. employees of96five, their spouse, parent, natural or adopted children or sibling’s
ii.Contestants who have won prize/prizes valued individually or collectively atmore than $50 from 96five in the last 180 days.

www.96five.comTo enter the draw, participants are required to fill in an entry form located on the 96five website
www.96five.comFor the purpose of this competition, each unique entry form constitutes a unique person.
There is a limit of one entry per person per competition.Incomplete and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
All contestants release from, and indemnify Family Radio Limited ABN 12067249281 against, allliability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) orparticipation in any contest including (but not limited to) personal injury anddamage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to somenegligent act or omission or otherwise.96five is not responsible for lost, interrupted communications or unavailable networkserver or other connections, failed telephone, mid-delivery or computertransmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical orelectronic.
All entries by internet are sent entirely at the risk of theentrant. If there are any difficulties arising out of the internet oranyassociated equipment 96five may at its absolute discretion disqualify theentire entry or any portion thereof.
96five may incorporate informationfrom entrants in any contest(s) in any database to be used for the purpose ofits business.
A failure by 96five to enforce any of these General contest Rules in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim by any otherperson.
3. Prizes
All prizes must be collected within 30 days from the date of winning. After that time,unclaimed prizes will be dealt with according to legislative requirements. It isthe sole responsibility of winners to collect their prize. 96five will notnotify winners of time remaining.
Prizes must be claimed in person unless winner is otherwise advised. Where 96fiveelects to post a prize to a winner, no responsibility will be accepted by 96fivefor the safe and effective postal delivery of theprize.In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and allclaims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolutediscretion of 96five subject to legislativerequirements.
Prizes are non transferable and may not be redeemed for cash and must (where applicable) be used on the dates specified.
96five, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives are notresponsible for defective prizes or misuse of any prize, or for any claims,liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any contestpromoted by 96five.
Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for 96five to use winner’s name, suburb or residence, recording of winner’s voice and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.
4. Draw Details
Each winner will be drawn at random by an indepentant party and notifited via email after the competition closing date.
