LEGO: PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN VIDEO GAME COMPETITION: CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are
www.disney.com.au members. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this competition are ineligible.

The promotion commences at 11:00am on 02/05/2011, and concludes at 3.00pm on 10/06/20114. To enter the competition, participants must log on or register as a member at
www.disney.com.au and submit an original creative entry answering the question in 25 words or less: “What Pirates world are you most excited to see in LEGO form, and why?”
Please ensure that all entries data in the "Your Details" and "Contact Details" are correct before submitting your entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect contact details. Entrants may enter the promotion as many times as they like but may not use scripting for multiple entries (which will be deemed invalid).
5. The competition will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter at 10am on 13/06/2011 at the Promoter’s premises.
6. The most creative and innovative entry, as determined by the judges in their absolute discretion, will each win a LEGO: Pirates of the Caribbean Prize Pack, valued at AUD $777.93 each, while four runners up will each win a LEGO: Pirates of the Caribbean Prize Pack valued at $119.94. Total prize pool is valued at AUD $897.87 (GST inclusive). Major prize contains: 1 x Sony Playstation 3 console (RRP $458.00), 1 x LEGO® Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game for Sony Playstation 3 (RRP $79.95), 1 x LEGO® brand Pirates of the Caribbean Queen Anne’s Revenge (RRP $199.99), and 1 x LEGO® brand Pirates of the Caribbean Fountain of Youth (RRP $39.99). Each secondary prize contains: 1 x LEGO® Pirates of the Caribbean: The Video Game 3 for Sony Playstation 3 (RRP $79.95), and 1 x LEGO® brand Pirates of the Caribbean Fountain of Youth (RRP $39.99). This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for variations in prize value. 7. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the personal information supplied by entrants for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners). The Promoter may disclose personal information collected from entrants to other companies associated with this promotion to enable entrants to participate in this promotion. 9. Winners will be notified by email. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to his/her parent or guardian.
