1. Promotion: Thursday Night is Member Money Night.
2. Promoter: Burswood Nominees Ltd ABN 24 078 250 307, as trustee for The Burswood

Eastern Highway Burswood, Western Australia 6100.
3. Promotion Period: The Promotion will commence at 9pm on Thursday 22 July 2010 and will
close on a date within Financial Year 2011 to be advised by the Promoter (unless extended by
the Promoter in its discretion). Subject to these terms and conditions, the Promotion will occur
weekly at 9pm on Thursdays during the Promotion Period. The Promoter reserves the right to
change the weekly draw day and draw time or declare that more than one draw will be held in any
week or that a draw will not be held any week. All times recorded throughout these terms and
conditions are in Australian Western Standard Time.
SECTION 2: ELIGIBILITY
4. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the Promotion, the entrant must be an Active Mailable Club
Burswood member (means a Club Burswood Member who receives Club Burswood mail and/or
email and has used their Club Burswood card when gaming in the past 12 months prior to the
draw date) who is 18 years of age or older. Any patron joining Club Burswood as a mailable
member on any Thursday of the promotion period must ensure that, prior to 8.15pm that day,
they have used their card when gaming to be classified as an Active Mailable Club Burswood
member.
5. Non-Eligibility: Entrants are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win any Prize if:
a. they are an immediate family member, being a spouse, partner, sibling, parent or child, of the
following employees of the Promoter:
• All members of the Executive Team;
• Chief Operating Officer - Gaming;
• All operational and general managers – Gaming;
• All employees within the Club Burswood department;
• All employees within the Corporate Information Team;
• All employees within the Legal Services department employees;
• All employees within the Information Technology department; and
• All Marketing department employees (including promotional gaming hosts);
b. they are an employee of the Promoter;
c. they are excluded for any reason from the property of the Promoter; or
d. they are participating in gaming incentive programs run by the Promoter.
SECTION 3: ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION
6. Unless otherwise determined by the Promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions,
Active Mailable Club Burswood members who have complied with term 4 are automatically
entered into the promotion.
At any time during the Promotion Period, the Promoter may change the entry mechanism for any
Draw or Draws during the Promotion Period to a barrel based entry. In this case, Active Mailable
Club Burswood members will need to register at the VIK machine from 12 noon on the specified
Draw
