“WIN A WALLCE BISHOP LOYAL CERAMIC WATCH” AT
TOOWONG VILLAGE COMPETITION


1.   The Promoter is Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) and Yuan Chieh Pty Ltd (ACN 067 120 370) of C/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Toowong Village & Tower, 9 Sherwood Rd, Toowong, Qld, 4066 (“the Promoter”).

2.   How to Enter the Competition.  Instruction on how to enter this Competition form part of these terms and conditions of entry.  Entry is deemed to be acceptance of those terms and conditions.

3.   The promotion commences at 9.00am on Wednesday 27 April 2011 and concludes at 3.55 on Friday 13th May 2011 (“the Promotion Period”).

4.   To be eligible to enter the Competition:

(a)   entrants must complete the entry form on line www.toowongvillage.com.au

5.   A “valid entry” must be:

(i)   Completed on line www.toowongvillage.com.au

6.   The Promoter, Toowong Village & Tower Centre Management and staff, participating retailers, other retailers and tenants in Toowong Village, Retail First Pty Ltd, Wallace Bishop and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.

7.   The prize consists of 1 ladies white ceramic Loyal watch valued at $1050.

8.   To be eligible to take up the prize, a person must be eighteen (18) years of age. 

9.   The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

10.   Drawing of prize.  The prize will be drawn on Friday the 13th of May at 4pm in the Centre Management office.  The holder of the first valid entry form drawn will win the prize.

11.   Winners must be over eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry into the competition in order to collect a prize in person.  Minors may still enter the competition, but if a minor’s entry is drawn, the prize will only be awarded to, and may only be collected by, the minor’s parent or guardian.

12.   To be able to collect the prize, a winner must (if required by the Promoter) provide a copy of a Government issued identification card containing a photograph of the winner as proof of the winner’s identity and age.

13.   The Promoter shall pay the prizes within the time period prescribed by the Charitable & Non Profit Gaming Act 1999 (“the Act”) and may require the winner to receive or collect the prizes in person.

14.   Unclaimed prizes will be dealt with as directed by the Queensland Office of Gaming & Regulation in accordance with the Act.

15.   The winners are not required to attend the draw to claim the prize.  The winners will be notified by phone and/or registered mail after Monday the 16th of May 2011.

16.   Other General Terms and Conditions.  In lodging an entry, all entrants consent to their names being entering onto a database and accept that maintaining their anonymity may not be practicable in the circumstances.  All entry forms remain the property of the Promoter at all times.

17.   For the purposes of compliance with the Privacy Act 2001, entrants are advised that:

(a)   they can contact the Promoter for details of the information held about them at the address of the Promoter stated above;

(b)   the purpose for which information on them is being collected is for marketing purposes related to the promotion of Redbank Plaza and its retailers;

(c)   the information held is not usually disclosed to third party organisations;

(d)   failure to provide all the information required to make a valid entry will result in the entry being ineligible to win;

18.   The Promoter’s decision in respect of all aspects of the Competition is final and binding on entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.

19.   The Promoter accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the use of the prize or the conduct of the promotion.
