      How to enter

         2. log on to www.wakeupto10k.com.au during the Promotional Period, and fully complete the online entry form by providing the entrant’s first name, surname, post code, telephone number, email address, store of purchase, date of purchase and the last 5 digits of the barcode of the entrant’s Promotional Product (Product Barcodes) and any additional information as required by the Promoter.
   5. Entrants must retain the specially marked promotional section and the original purchase receipt (Original Purchase Receipt) of the Promotional Product for proof of purchase to validate all entries made.

      The Promoter is not liable for delay or damage in delivery of the Gift Cards unless such delay or damage is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. The Gift Cards are not transferable or refundable. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or used to withdraw cash at an ATM or EFTPOS facility. The Gift Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds. The Gift Card can be used for purchases anywhere in Australia where EFTPOS is accepted by selecting the savings button and entering the allocated PIN number. The Gift Card can be used for more than one transaction. The Gift Card expires twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Any unused balance existing after the Gift Card expires will not be refunded or credited, nor will any compensation be provided.   13. There are a total of sixty (60) minor prizes to be won. Each minor prize is a $1,000 travel voucher (Travel Voucher). The total minor prize pool is valued at AUD$60,000 (inc GST).

Subject to the remainder of this clause, the Travel Vouchers can be used on participating domestic or international travel services (including flights, accommodation, day tours, cruising attractions, travel insurance, car hire, group tours such as coach or special interest trips and any taxes involved in the bookings thereof) up to the value of the Travel Voucher. All travel services booked using the Travel Voucher are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant travel service provider. For example availability may be dependent on seat class restrictions with airlines or specific room categories with accommodation providers. The Travel Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue of the voucher but travel dates can fall outside of this period. All bookings, quotes and reservations regarding Travel Voucher must be made with or obtained from Free-2Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or its approved agents. Use of the Travel Voucher and the associated travel services is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the travel services providers in accordance with normal travel practices.       How winners are determined

There will be a total of twelve (12) major prize draws, with one draw conducted at 12.00 pm (AEST) every Monday from 16/05/11 to 01/08/11 inclusive, at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria, 3207. Draws to be held on a Public Holiday will be conducted on the next business day. The first valid entry randomly drawn in each major prize draw will win a major prize.

      Notification of winners

  21. Provisional winners of the minor prizes will be notified instantly on screen once their winning entry has been lodged. This will be confirmed by telephone and email within 2 days of the minor prize being won.

How to enter

b.log on to www.wakeupto10k.com.au during the Promotional Period, and fully complete the online entry form by providing the entrant’s first name, surname, post code, telephone number, email address, store of purchase, date of purchase and the last 5 digits of the barcode of the entrant’s Promotional Product (Product Barcodes) and any additional information as required by the Promoter.
5.Entrants must retain the specially marked promotional section and the original purchase receipt (Original Purchase Receipt) of the Promotional Product for proof of purchase to validate all entries made.
6.Promotional Products purchased prior to the start of the Promotional Period are eligible for entry, provided entrants retain the specially marked promotional section and the Original Purchase Receipt of the Promotional Product.

Major Prizes
12.There are a total of twelve (12) major prizes to be won. Each major prize is a $10,000 pre-loaded Dairy Farmers Thick & Creamy branded Cash Card (Gift Card). The total major prize pool is valued at AUD$120,000 (inc GST).
The Promoter is not liable for delay or damage in delivery of the Gift Cards unless such delay or damage is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. The Gift Cards are not transferable or refundable. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or used to withdraw cash at an ATM or EFTPOS facility. The Gift Card cannot be reloaded with additional funds. The Gift Card can be used for purchases anywhere in Australia where EFTPOS is accepted by selecting the savings button and entering the allocated PIN number. The Gift Card can be used for more than one transaction. The Gift Card expires twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Any unused balance existing after the Gift Card expires will not be refunded or credited, nor will any compensation be provided. Minor Prizes
13.There are a total of sixty (60) minor prizes to be won. Each minor prize is a $1,000 travel voucher (Travel Voucher). The total minor prize pool is valued at AUD$60,000 (inc GST).
14.Subject to the remainder of this clause, the Travel Vouchers can be used on participating domestic or international travel services (including flights, accommodation, day tours, cruising attractions, travel insurance, car hire, group tours such as coach or special interest trips and any taxes involved in the bookings thereof) up to the value of the Travel Voucher. All travel services booked using the Travel Voucher are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant travel service provider. For example availability may be dependent on seat class restrictions with airlines or specific room categories with accommodation providers. The Travel Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue of the voucher but travel dates can fall outside of this period. All bookings, quotes and reservations regarding Travel Voucher must be made with or obtained from Free-2Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or its approved agents. How winners are determined
16.There will be a total of twelve (12) major prize draws, with one draw conducted at 12.00 pm (AEST) every Monday from 16/05/11 to 01/08/11 inclusive, at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria, 3207. Draws to be held on a Public Holiday will be conducted on the next business day. The first valid entry randomly drawn in each major prize draw will win a major prize.
17.There will be a total of (60) instant win minor prizes awarded randomly throughout the Promotional Period (5 per week).
18.Winners of minor prizes (Travel Vouchers) are eligible to win major prizes (Gift Card) and will be automatically be entered into the major prize draw.
19.Entrants can win more than one (1) minor prize but there is a limit of one major prize per entrant and per household.

Notification of winners
20.Provisional winners of the major prizes will be notified by email and telephone within 2 days of each major prize draw. When contacted by telephone each winner must provide the Promoter with their email address, if requested, to enable the Promoter to notify the provisional winner in writing.
21.Provisional winners of the minor prizes will be notified instantly on screen once their winning entry has been lodged. This will be confirmed by telephone and email within 2 days of the minor prize being won.
22.All provisional winners will be required to send the Promoter a photocopy of their Original Purchase Receipt and the specially marked promotional section of the Promotional Product to a reply paid address for verification purposes to claim their prize.
23.The major and minor prize winners:

Unclaimed Prize Draw
24.If a provisional winner is not contactable or does not claim their prize, or if a provisional winner’s entry is deemed invalid by the Promoter pursuant to these Conditions, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at 12.00pm AEDST on 31/10/11 at Prime Focus, 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne Victoria 3207 as is necessary to award any unclaimed prize or to distribute any prize awarded to a provisional winner whose entry has been deemed invalid pursuant to these Conditions, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
25.All valid entries received during the Promotion Period (other than those relating to a person whose entry is deemed invalid according to these Conditions) will be eligible to win any unclaimed prize. The first valid entry randomly drawn for each unclaimed prize will win that prize. All winners of an unclaimed prize will be notified by email and telephone.
26.The provisional winners of the unclaimed prize draw (if any) will be notified by email and telephone within two (2) days of the unclaimed prize draw. When contacted by telephone each provisional winner must provide the Promoter with their address, if requested, to enable the Promoter to notify the provisional winner in writing.
27.The names of the provisional winner/s of any unclaimed prize/s awarded in the unclaimed prize draw (if any) will be published in The Australian on 04/11/11.

General Conditions
28.Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
