1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.

3.Entry is available to Victorian residents only. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter.
4. To enter, entrants must complete the online entry form with the correct codeword.
5. Competition commences Monday 9 May 12:01am and closes Saturday 14 May 2011 5.00pm.
6. Entries must include the entrant�s full name, address and contact telephone number.
7. Entrants may enter a maximum of five times.
8. The promotion is one of a game of chance.

10. The prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST Wednesday 18/05/2011 at the office of the Geelong Advertiser 191-195 Ryrie St, Geelong Vic 3220.
11. There are ten prizes on offer.
12. Each prize is a double pass to the Gold Coast Cats game at Metricon Stadium on 28 May 2011 and a $300 Jetstar voucher.
13. Prize values are based on the recommended retail price at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes in prize value between now and the time of redemption.
14. The winners will be contacted in writing within 2 working days after the draw.
15. The prize must be collected from the Geelong Advertiser office at 191 � 195 Ryrie Street Geelong within four weeks from the time of notification. Winners will be required to present photo identification when collecting their prize to verify their identity.
16. The winners must, on request by the promoter, be able to provide evidence, which to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, demonstrates that the winner is an eligible entrant and has complied with these terms and conditions.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process.
18. The promoter does not accept responsibility for late, lost, misdirected entries or entries sent but not received. The judge�s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter.
19. Prizes are non-transferable, and must be taken as offered. No responsibility is taken for the winner�s loss of the prize.
