‘WIN MUM A DREAM GARDEN HOLIDAY IN ITALY’

How to enter the promotion and important things to note:

Please follow these instructions to avoid any confusion:

1.Between 27/04/11 and 11.59pm (AEST) on 24/05/11 simply purchase any 2 x 750mL bottles of Lindeman’s Early Harvest and/or Sweet Seasons wine in one transaction from any participating Woolworths Liquor Store;
2.then visit www.lindemans.com.au and follow the easy-to-see link to the promotional page and online entry form; and
3.enter your details together with the last 5 digits from both purchased product barcodes and submit the fully completed online entry form to go into the draw to win a trip to Italy on a fully escorted coach tour with Ross Garden Tours International in September/October 2011.
Important things to note:

1.The promotion is open between 27/04/11 and 11:59pm (AEST) on 24/05/11.
2.You must be able to take the prize (or nominate another person who complies with the Terms and Conditions to take the prize) on dates to be confirmed by the Promoter between 28/09/11 and 19/10/11.
3.Please ensure you retain your original itemised purchase receipt(s) which you will need in order to claim the prize if you are drawn as the winner.
4.There are plenty of delicious Lindeman’s wines to choose from – you must choose ANY 2 x 750ml bottles of Lindeman’s Early Harvest and/or Sweet Seasons wine from any participating Woolworths Liquor store.
5.Multiple entries are accepted, up to 12 times per person per day – each time you purchase two bottles in one transaction, this counts as one entry:  see full Terms & Conditions for details.
6.If you are the winner, you and your companion (who must be aged 18 or over) must hold a current passport, which is valid for travel until 28/05/12.

Lindemans Win Mum a Dream Garden Holiday Woolworths Liquor Promotion
Conditions of entry
1.Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
2.Entry is open only to Australian residents aged 18 or over who are able to take the prize (or nominate another person who complies with these conditions of entry to take the prize) on dates to be confirmed by the Promoter between 28/09/11 and 19/10/11 (inclusive). Directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, of the participating outlets or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3.The competition begins on 27/04/11 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 24/05/11 (Competition Period).
4.During the Competition Period, consumers must:
A.purchase any two 750ml bottles of Lindeman’s Early Harvest or Sweet Seasons wine in one transaction (Eligible Purchase) from a participating Woolworths Liquor store (Outlet) for off premise consumption; and
B.visit www.lindemans.com.au and fully complete and submit the online entry form, including by providing the last 5 digits of each of the purchased product barcodes (errors and omissions excepted in the Promoter’s discretion). Consumers are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the Internet.
5.Each entrant will receive a return online notification confirming their successful entry into the competition. By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving this electronic message.
6.All entries must be received by the Promoter during the Competition Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter’s database and not at the time of submission by the entrant. Consumers may enter this competition up to 12 times per person per day, provided that each entry is based on a separate Eligible Purchase. Entrants must retain their original itemised purchase receipt/s (showing the purchase of two 750ml bottles of Lindeman’s Early Harvest or Sweet Seasons purchase in one transaction) to verify each entry. Failure to provide this/these (without alteration) to the Promoter upon request may, at the Promoter’s discretion, result in an invalid entry (and, at the Promoter’s discretion, in all of the entrant’s entries being invalid). The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Entrants who enter using multiple email addresses or aliases may be disqualified.
7.A draw will be conducted at 2pm (AEST) on 25/05/11 at MessageMedia Interactive, Level 22, 385 Bourke Street Melbourne VIC 3000. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the Competition Period will win the prize.
8.The prize is a trip for the winner and a companion (who must be aged 18 or over) to Italy on dates to be confirmed by the Promoter between 28/09/11 and 19/10/11 (inclusive) on a fully escorted Ross Garden Tour. The prize includes two economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from Sydney to Rome, two economy airfares (including airfare taxes) from Milan to Sydney (and if the winner is not from NSW, two return economy airfares from their nearest Australian capital city to Sydney, NSW), air-conditioned motorcoach tour around Italy (with English-speaking tour guide) as specified by the tour provider for the winner and their companion, 16 nights twin share accommodation for the winner and their companion at minimum 4 star hotels around Italy as specified by the tour provider, breakfast daily for the winner and their companion, 4 dinners for the winner and their companion as specified by the tour provider, entrance fees and sightseeing to Italian gardens and sights for the winner and their companion as specified by the tour provider, several guided tours for the winner and their companion as specified by the tour provider, a Ross Tours travel bag and wallet for the winner and their companion and AUD$2,500 spending money for the winner. The prize is valued at up to $25,170 (inc GST), depending on the winner’s point of departure.
9.Flights, accommodation and all other prize inclusions are subject to booking and availability and any additional terms and conditions specified by the prize supplier/s. The prize must be taken on dates to be confirmed by the Promoter between 28/09/11 and 19/10/11 (inclusive). The prize must be booked by no later than 01/07/11. All other costs associated with the prize that are not specified, including but not limited to any additional meals, transfer costs, additional taxes, insurance, additional spending money and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner and their companion as incurred. The winner and their companion must hold a current passport which is valid for travel until 28/05/12 and are responsible for ensuring that they have all other necessary documents to travel to Italy (including any visas that may be required).
10.The winner will be notified in writing and by phone immediately after the draw and will have their name and state/territory of residence published in The Australian newspaper on 31/05/11. By entering this competition, each entrant requests that his or her full address not be published.
11.The winning entrant must specify, within the time requested by the Promoter, whether they will take the prize or whether they will nominate another person who complies with these conditions of entry to take the prize and who will be deemed the “winner” for the purpose of these conditions of entry.
12.The winner and their companion must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material.
13.If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, including if a winner cannot take the prize (or nominate another person who complies with these conditions of entry to take the prize) on dates to be confirmed by the Promoter between 28/09/11 and 19/10/11 (inclusive), that entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with paragraph 7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.If the prize is not accepted or claimed by 12pm (AEST) on 27/06/11, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw on 27/06/11 at the same time and at the same location as the original draw. Any winner in this draw will be notified in writing and by phone and will have their name and state/territory of residence published in The Australian newspaper on 30/06/11.
15.The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
16.The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the prize or otherwise cease to provide any benefit of the prize to a winner (or a companion) if a winner (or a companion), in the opinion of the Promoter, is under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behaves aggressively or offensively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.
17.Without limiting paragraphs 2 or 11, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and (unless cash is specified) cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If for any reason the winner or their companion does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter or prize supplier, then that element of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be supplied in lieu. If the prize or an element of the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize or that element another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory if required.
18.The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
19.If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory if required.
20.The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
21.The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines. Entry and continued participation in this competition is subject to each Outlet’s liquor serving policy.
22.All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter solely for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition or communicating with entrants. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter’s database and the Promoter may use this information for future competition and marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging. By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving SMS or email messages from the Promoter. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter at the address below.
