To enter, an Entrant must complete the online entry form at
www.bardotjunior.com.au. Entrants will be required to provide their details, including but not limited to their own name, their child’s name and age, address, postcode, email address, and telephone number,
one image of the child (image to be no older than 2 months) and child’s measurements. Incomplete, misdirected or illegible entries will be ineligible.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.Employees of Bardot their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible.
The competition commences on 5 May 2011, at 10.00am EST and concludes on 30 May 2011 10.00am EST.The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be chosen on 30 May 2011 at 12.00pm (EST) at Bardot Head Office, 63 VICTORIA CRESCENT ABBOTSFORD, VIC, in its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. Bardot reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, and NOT at the time of transmission by the Entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse at any time during and after the competition to allow a winner to take part in any and/or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner: (i) is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize; and/or (ii) is refusing to abide by and not co-operating with the prize offered. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or Entrant who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
The winners will be notified by email and phone on the numbers provided by the Entrant.
Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prize voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All winning entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the Entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid. The Entrant may advise the Promoter that the Entrant does not wish to be contacted in this regard.
Prizes and values are as follows: 1 photo shoot as selected and organised by Bardot with a duration of no longer than one day to be on an agreed date and time as between Bardot and the winner. Bardot will advise the winner of location and details and proposed dates of the photo shoot at the relevant time. Any and/or Images from the photo shoot are to be used by Bardot in its absolute discretion for promotional purposes. The winner has no decision or input as to any of the images that are or are not to be used for promotional purposes and the winner is not entitled nor has any claim to the images from the photo shoot. Images or copies of images from the photo shoot may at Bardot’s absolute discretion be provided to the winner for the winner’s personal use and not for any commercial use. The winner must pay for their own transport and/or accommodation. If the winner is from Interstate and cannot accept the prize due to limited funds for travel or accommodation, the winner may within 7 days of notification of winning provide a statutory declaration in this regard to Bardot’s Marketing Department stating personal and financial circumstances. Bardot may based on the statutory declaration in its absolute discretion determine if Bardot will pay and/or contribute to flights and accommodation with an airline and hotel of its choice for the winner. Total value of the prize voucher is AUD$500.00.
The winner releases the Promoter and other organisers, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out any other aspect of the prize.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take part and/or all of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then part and/or or all of the prize is forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of part and/or all of the prize. If Bardot cancels a winner in accordance with these terms and conditions and/or a winner forfeits, Bardot will send a letter and/or email to your address stipulated stating same.
