Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 16 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, advertising agencies and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. If the entrant is under the age of 18 years, the entrant must have prior parental or legal guardian consent to enter. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded on behalf of the winner to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
Only one entry per person will be permitted.

The promotion commences on Monday 2nd May 2011 and closes 09:00AM AEST on Monday 30th May 2011. The judging will take place at the Promoter’s premises Level 24, 66-68 Goulburn Street, Sydney 2000 and will begin on Wednesday 1st June 2011. The winner will be notified by phone or email using contact details provided in their entry.
This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question provided. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

To enter, individuals must go to SHOP Till You Drop’s competition page www.shoptilyoudrop.com.au/competitions.htm during the promotional period register their name, address, email, daytime telephone number and answer in 25 words or less “What are your favorite pair of shoes and why?”. Submit your complete entry as instructed.

The Entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original artistic work of the Entrant that does not infringe the rights of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the information provided to the Entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the Entrant warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to submit the entry for the purposes of this promotion. The entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. The promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop, retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deem inappropriate will be invalid. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The best valid entry as determined by the judges will win a prize of One (1) x $200 voucher at www.styletread.com.au valid for shoes in the Nude, Sole and Skin range.

Total prize pool is $200. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner.
Any unused balance of any voucher or gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of any voucher or gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher or gift card.
Voucher must be redeemed in full by 1 December 2011. Any costs in excess of the value of the voucher (including GST) are the responsibility of the winner. In the event that cost of goods selected to be purchased from StyleTread using the StyleTread gift card is less than the value of the gift card/s, the balance of the value of the voucher will not be awarded as cash and will be treated as balance on gift cards are treated under the normal business guidelines of StyleTread.
The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.

 The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize
If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner’s parent/legal guardian to prove their parental status/ legal guardianship at the time of winner notification. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a person/s mistakenly represents themselves to be a winners parent and/or legal guardian, then that person will be liable for all costs associated with relocating and/or re-awarding the prize (including but not limited to and administrative fees incurred by the Promoter). Where relevant., the Promoter is only responsible for ensuring that the prize is awarded to a person who is either a parent or legal guardian of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for determining any other delivery details or taking direction that relates to any ongoing family law negotiations and/or determinations.

The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late lost or misdirected mail (including but not limited to prizes).
The promoter is not responsible nor liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize.
Entries not completed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
If for any reason a winner does not redeem an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of a prize and/or (g) participation in the promotion
