1) The Promoter is described in Condition 10 of these terms and conditions of entry. Information on how to enter and redeem a prize comprises part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2) Entry is open to Australian residents who elect to enter their information in the fields required to submit an entry. Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries are limited to one per person.
3) The Competition commences 5pm on the 5th May 2011. The Competition closes at 5pm on 8th July 2011. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office at 10 Heeley Street, Paddington, NSW, 2021, AUSTRALIA. The winner will be notified by email shortly after. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into and no claims accepted.
4) The prize includes a dining voucher worth $300 to be used at Sapore.
5) The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
6) If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's parents or legal guardian.
7) Entrants must correctly answer the competition question and subscribe to the Food Wine Sleep eNews to qualify for entry.
The Promoter will collect your personal information to enable it to conduct the promotion and offer you the prize, if the entry is a chosen winner.
