Competition Terms1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
The promotion is open to all residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoters and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

www.nwonline.com.au and follow the prompts to enter the promotion. Tell us your full name, address and daytime contact phone number and then answer in 25 words or less: “Why do you want to see Burke and Hare?”
3. The entire promotional period commences 5th May 2011
and closes midnight AEDST 19th May 2011. Multiple entries are permitted but each entry must be unique. 4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. The Promoters decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is binding on all who enter. No correspondence will be entered into. The judging will take place at the Promoters premises.. The winner will be notified by phone or mail using contact details provided in their entry.

The best entry as determined by the judges will win a doublepass to Burke and Hare valued at $34.7.
Total Prize pool is valued at $170. 8. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu.

In the event that the prize, or part of the prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to reference of to all relevant state and territory regulations.
10. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
11. The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoters assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
12. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional email is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the email shall be deemed invalid.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoters reserves the right in its sole discretion (subject to all relevant state and territory regulations) to cease the promotion with fair notification to the entrants. The form of such notification is at the complete discretion of the Promoters.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant and/or (f) redemption of the prize;
