Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Only one entry per entrant will be accepted. Enter by answering in 25 words or less your answer to the question “What is your favourite item on our online store and why?”
3. Email your answer with the subject heading “STORE FAVOURITES COMP” to
info@fizzicseducation.com.au with your full name and address.
4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 except employees and immediate families of Fizzics Education.
5. The competition commences on 26/04/11 at 20:30 AEST and closes on 18/05/11 at 17:00 AEST. The winner will be the best valid entry as judged by the judging panel, having regard to skill,
creativity and originality.
6. Total prize value is $100. One (1) winner will receive $100 credit to spend as they wish at Fizzics Education’s online store. Postage of goods must be covered by the $100 credit or paid additionally by the winner.
7. The winner will be notified by email and their name published online at
www.fizzicseducation.com.au8. If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner within 1 month of the prize being awarded the prize will be forfeited and a new winner determined.
9. Prize must be taken within 3 months of prize being awarded.
10. Contact details will only be used to contact the winning entrant.
