Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 00.01 AEST on 11/05/2011 and closes at 16.59 AEST on 07/06/2011 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, purchase any Dynamo Liquid Participating Product (see clause 6) from any Woolworths or Safeway store during the Promotional Period then go online to enter. Visit
www.dynamo.com.au/ww, follow the links to the promotion entry page and fully complete the online entry form during the Promotional Period including your full name, address, contact telephone number, email address and the last 5 digits of your product barcode. Entrants who submit a valid web entry will receive an onscreen notification confirming receipt of a valid entry.
Entrants must retain a copy of their original receipt as proof of a valid purchase during the Promotional Period. Limit applies of one entry per product purchased. Entrants may purchase multiple products in one transaction however a limit of 5 entries per household per day applies.

A daily prize draw will be conducted at Prime Focus at Suite 403/62 Beach Street, Port Melbourne 3207 at 17:00 AEST from 11/05/2011 until 07/06/2011 (including weekends) (Daily Draw). All entries will be included in subsequent Daily Draws.
The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw will win a year’s supply of Dynamo consisting of 12 x Dynamo Regular Top Loader 2L or 12 x Dynamo Regular Front Loader 2L products (Daily Prize). Each individual product is valued at $15.99 (RRP).
Each Daily Prize is valued at $191.88 (RRP). All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The total prize pool value available to be won in the Promotion is AU$5,372.64 (RRP).
Daily Prize winners will be notified by telephone and email within 48 hours of the Daily Draw.
Daily Prize winners will need to allow 28 days to receive the Daily Prize at their nominated postal address.
If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 14/09/2011 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prizes. Winners will be notified by telephone and email within 48 hours of the second chance draw.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the lottery authorities.
The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
